REsponsibilites:



Salary and wages to reconcile.

Ensure accuracy and all reporting deadlines are met.

Ensure all iner-company transactions are timely captured and reconciled

Management of cash flow.

Prepare supporting schedule for audit and management purposes.

Co-ordinate with all departments and provide administrative support.

Maintenance of fixed asset register.

Complete Vat recon monthly.

Manage external financial audits.



Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in accounting environment.

2. Accounting graduate.

3. Proficiency in Sage / pastel is essential

4 Excellent time management skills, quality and detail oriented.
