We are assisting one of our clients, a fast growing Corporate Services Provider with offices in Cyprus and Dubai (JLT Area) which is hiring an experienced Accountant for their Dubai office.
Key Duties & Responsibilities - Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Planning, execution and successful completion of accounting work in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Recording of invoices, receipts, payments and preparing monthly bank reconciliations
- Preparation of Debtors/Creditors reconciliation
- Excellent understanding of financial assets and relevant postings in the accounts, including recognition of fair value.
- Ensure relevant provisions were recognized through the year
- Preparing monthly management accounts and cash flow statements for clients
- Preparing quarterly VAT reconciliation
