Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support our full-cycle accounting operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and administrative processes. This role will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial activity.
Responsibilities

+ Perform full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close.

+ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing.

+ Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity.

+ Process payroll entries and support related reporting.

+ Prepare and file state sales tax reports and payments.
