Job Summary

The Team Leader – Retirement Services is responsible for managing a team handling retirement account administration, pension processing, and related financial transactions. The role ensures accurate processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, SLA adherence, and high-quality client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team handling retirement account operations (enrollments, contributions, distributions, transfers, loan processing, beneficiary updates).
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
