Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS for interviews, manage employer relationships, track and improve hiring metrics, drive placements to meet KPIs, and build long‑term partnerships.
Recommend jobs and highlight benefits, review profiles and resumes to match with openings, suggest resume or profile improvements, and explain employer requirements.
Address hiring needs effectively, promote candidates and services, retain and grow employer accounts, schedule interviews according to preferences, and submit qualified candidates regularly.
Qualifications
High School graduate.
Excellent English communication skills.
Minimum 3 years in a contact center (Voice or Voice + Non‑voice) within B2B Sales, SaaS, or customer care.
At least 2 years tenure per role.
Proven ability to drive client satisfaction and manage tasks end‑to‑end.
