Description:
Provides full account management support for business, commercial, industrial, national, and government customers.
Handles customer requests, complaints, and claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborates with internal teams and vendor partners to resolve issues, process billing, manage accounts, and support financial and operational functions.
Minimum + years experience in customer service, sales, claims, customer accounting, or revenue recovery. Shifts may include evenings and weekends.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associateâs or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
