Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of potential principals (manufacturers and solution providers) in close collaboration with the regional Principal Search team and country sales teams.
- Identify gaps in the existing product portfolio and engage agencies that complement current strengths or unlock new growth segments.
- Evaluate, select, and onboard new suppliers identified by regional and country-level Principal Search teams.
