We are currently seeking a Account Rep to support the material needs of several existing manufacturing clients. The specialist will communicate directly with customers via phone and email to understand and manage material forecasting needs, quote additional requests, and ensure timely delivery of products. They will also triage client needs to the appropriate internal teams, maintaining a high level of service and professionalism throughout.
This is a support-focused position rather than a sales role, emphasizing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Account Rep will represent the company to clients in the automotive supply chain sector, so strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.
