Tru Inc is seeking Account Managers. We have three (3) permanent position available for an immediate start. This position reports to the Account Director with a dotted line to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Location

This role is hybrid, providing some flexibility to work from home. However, candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and be prepared to attend in-person meetings as required. Occasional travel to client sites or workshops may also be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and objectives to identify opportunities for growth and additional services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
