Otis is growing and we are recruiting an Account Manager to cover Scotland territory and reporting to the Operating Territory manager. The main goal of the role is to manage the service accounts, working with customers in a proactive way to ensure great customer service, reduced cancellations and an increase in service sales. You'll work closely with various internal stakeholders to accelerate lead generation.
On a typical day you will:
- Create and maintain long term relationships with customers through proactive customer engagement planning and reactive response to enquiries and complaints
