About The Role As part of the Sales & Marketing division of AIA Corporate Solutions for the tied agency distribution channel, this candidate will be responsible for achieving renewal growth via pro‑active management of existing corporate accounts in partnership with the servicing Financial Service Consultant (FSC).
- Ability to achieve the renewal growth targets set for the Agency Channel and other key performance indicators as prescribed by the company;
- To establish and maintain a strong business relationship with AIA Financial Services Consultants (FSCs) and their Agency Leaders to conserve and grow existing accounts for corporate insurance;
- Encourage agents to tap into their corporate clients to explore individual policies on top of their company insurance;
- Pro‑actively sets appointments and personally meets with the Agency Leaders/FSCS during their monthly agency meetings;
