Overview

The People and Partnership Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the assigned clients and ensuring the quality delivery of the Microsourcing services. The P&P AM is the main point of contact of the client in dealing with all Microsourcing Departments and services. Assist the clients in the setup of their Philippines operation and drive growth in the client operation.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, graduate studies will be an advantage
• At least 1 year experience in managing a team as a lead or supervisor
