Job DescriptionJob Overview:In this role, you’ll own key customer accounts, act as a trusted partner across their organisation, and work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. You’ll identify growth opportunities, support business reviews, and help turn customer insights into commercial success.What you’ll do:Manage and develop existing branch, regional, or global accountsBuild strong relationships at multiple customer levelsIdentify and grow business opportunitiesCoordinate with sales, operations, and leadership teamsEnsure high levels of customer satisfactionAssist with collections when needed.Manage client profiles and updates on the CRMBuild territory maps showing number of accounts located in each cityFluent in EI systems and demos to provide technical updates to accountsShare weekly schedule with all Departments to help coordinate and participate in joint account visits.Turn major business opportunities and proposals over to Sales and operational issues...
