Description

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Ensure we retain business that is profitable, sustainable and collectable.

+ Closely monitor on-time delivery, quality statistics and other service performance metrics with their assigned accounts.

+ Prepare new business proposals using the OMS cost estimating and quoting tools.

+ Coordinate or lead cost estimating activities with Manufacturing Analyst, Engineering or Plant Management.

+ Collaborate with any departments at the plant or corporate level to solve problems that impact the ability to achieve strategic objectives with the account.

+ Collaborate with management to determine appropriate pricing levels for assigned accounts.

+ Manage any breakdown in customer communications.

+ Communicate supply and price trends to customers.

+ Keep informed on new products or services and other general information of interest to customers.
