The Account Manager’s role is to create and grow the relationship with their client accounts specifically focusing on the day‑to‑day management of those clients marketing campaigns and website optimization. Critical to the position is maintaining a high level of client communication & customer service. The Account Manager is the facilitator of clear and accurate communication to other departments on behalf of their clients. They are the client’s advocate and liaison ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and results. Long‑term client satisfaction and retention is the ultimate goal.
