Own and manage an assigned portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships.
Regularly engage with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to maintain satisfaction. Resolve client issues swiftly, coordinating with internal teams when necessary.
Sales by identifying gaps, needs, and opportunities within accounts.
Actively upsell additional features and drive adoption of under-utilized services.
Track account health metrics and proactively address risks to retention.
Provide client feedback to product and training teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
Matric
Sales/Estate Agency qualification would be advantageous
Valid drivers’ licence and own reliable transport
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
