Job Purpose

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients , handling new business opportunities, renewals, and long-term client relationships while ensuring revenue growth and high retention.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management

• Manage assigned commercial client portfolio
• Act as the primary relationship manager for corporate clients
• Conduct regular client reviews and risk assessments

New Business Growth

• Identify opportunities within existing clients
