As an Account Manager - French-speaking at Flanks, you will manage and grow a portfolio of French-speaking clients and other global markets, playing a key role in driving customer success and long-term value. This role sits within the Customer Success team and reports to the Customer Success Team Lead, offering strong exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of the business. You will work closely with Tech, Product, country managers, and account executives, and you will collaborate directly with senior stakeholders—including CEOs, COOs, and Wealth Management Directors—to gain a deep understanding of our international clients and their business needs.
