Client Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned clients.

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client growth and retention goals.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets related to client accounts.

Performance Monitoring

• Track and analyze key account metrics (e.g., client satisfaction, revenue targets).
• Prepare and deliver performance reports to clients and company stakeholders.
