Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer procurement and key decision-makers to ensure long‑term partnership and satisfaction
- Drive revenue growth by expanding share of wallet through proactive participation in bids and tenders
- Identify and mitigate churn risks, implementing strategic measures to retain and grow accounts
- Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing agreements and overdue accounts
- Develop and apply customer demand insights to anticipate needs and shape tailored commercial approaches
