Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a digital/creative agency in a client-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with full ownership.
• Strong commercial awareness, understands pricing, scope, and profitability.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge clients when needed.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage key client accounts, building strong long-term relationships and acting as the primary point of contact.
• Lead all client communication, from daily coordination to strategic discussions and project planning.
• Translate business goals into clear, actionable briefs for creative, marketing, and technical teams.
