Role Overview

  • Own and manage an assigned portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships.
  • Regularly engage with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to maintain satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues swiftly, coordinating with internal teams when necessary.
  • Identify gaps, needs, and opportunities within accounts to drive sales.
  • Actively upsell additional features and drive adoption of under-utilized services.
  • Track account health metrics and proactively address risks to retention.
  • Provide client feedback to product and training teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Matric
  • Sales/Estate Agency qualification would be advantageous
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
