Position Summary
The Account Manager maintains relationships with existing customers and managesthe day-to-day operations of assigned accounts. Account Managers carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas:customer service, correcting issues, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Developing professional relationships with assigned TRAFFIX customers
- Providing status updates to customers and/or sales when requested
- Working with Customer Service to track shipment pickup, in-transit updates, and deliveries
- Managing in-transit delays to have minimal impact on the customer
- Working with the TRAFFIX Bond Team when TRAFFIX Continuous Bond is in use
- Proactively identifying potential problems and/or issues and providing a solution whenever possible
- Managing customer complaints and providing a resolution
