As a successful Account Manager Bio process - Pharma industry - ENG, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and grow long-term relationships with existing international customers, acting as the main point of contact (especially with procurement teams) for the sales & after sales topics.
- Lead commercial activities such as pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and business reviews while ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (product, QA, logistics), translating customer needs into business insights, opportunities, and risks. You coordinate customer requests, solve issuses & handle complaints.
- Perform sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting, contributing to budgeting and strategic planning, while maintaining CRM/ERP data.
