Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to grow and manage a Personal insurance book of business, maintaining a sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
Ensuring clients have the necessary coverage in place, quoting and binding coverage, and cross‑ and up‑selling additional coverage where possible
Selling brokerage services to achieve target revenue and activity quotas
Conducting regular review meetings with existing clients to service and identify opportunities for new prospecting activities
Maintaining a highly technical and service‑oriented relationship with clients & underwriters
Developing and maintaining relationships with insurers to ensure clients receive favourable pricing and claims handling and to develop new products
Attending client (prospective & existing), insurer, and industry functions to build networks and identify new business streams
