CAPE TOWN-based (Near the South Suburbs for working at a shared office space 2 days a week)
Accounts & Customer Service Executive Reporting To Service Delivery Manager (day-to-day) Director Team (when required)
Responsibilities
- You will be the confident, welcoming, warm, and informed voice of Greencable - speaking to customers and prospects alike on a regular basis.
- Tackling inbound and outbound enquiries, and converting them into customers via email, phone call and SMS
- Onboarding new customers with data entry on multiple platforms
- Maximising the transactional value of existing customers with strategic conversations
- Regularly reviewing customers in the CRM and making contact where required
- Generating regular reports from our platforms to spot trends, issues and opportunities in order to act upon
