            Job Description  Plan and oversee the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and reporting packages of a portfolio of companies; 
Oversee the month end closing process for a portfolio of companies; 
Supervise a team of junior accountants/executives in day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll; 
Plan and oversee the consolidation of financial statements; 
Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards; 
Devise and prepare advice to clients relating to finance operation, accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary; 
Solve complex accounting issues for clients when necessary; 
Assist in providing financial management services; 
Preparation of AGM paper, resolutions, submission of AR; 
Preparation and submission of GST and annual tax;
