            Job Responsibilities  Prepare monthly rental and utility billings for tenants 
Handle a full set of accounts for multiple entities 
Overseeingthefullspectrumofpayrollactivities,includingprocessingmonthlypayrolland statutorysubmissions 
Perform month-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting to management 
Prepare financial and management reports, including consolidation, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting 
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations 
Handle annual tax filings and quarterly GST submissions 
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents 
Support ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned 
 Requirements  Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting & HR experience 
Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred
