Job Description

  • Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including invoices and payments.
  • Check amount receivables against bank records.
  • Send out statements of accounts.
  • Maintain and reconcile credit card usage and payments.
  • Prepare and process online payments transactions.
  • Prepare payment vouchers for payment approvals.

Requirements

  • Possess SPM/Diploma in Accountancy or related field.
  • Minimum one (1) year of working experience in related fields.
