Overview
  • Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data

  • Perform account reconciliations (GL, AR, AP, FA, Inventory)

  • Assist with month-end closing and cash flow monitoring

  • Support GST return preparation and liaise with auditors

  • Conduct inventory stock take and fixed assets tracking

  • Manage supplier and customer master files, invoicing, and LC checks

  • Prepare telegraphic transfers via GCMS banking system

  • Support data preparation for government surveys (e.g., Singstat, EDB)

  • Provide ad hoc support for accounting and finance operations

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
