Responsibilities

• Support monthly/quarterly financial close and reporting including Balance Sheet Schedules
• Assist in preparing P&L analysis for business units along with analysis on category/seller level
• Participate in ROI evaluation of promotional campaigns
• Monitor budget execution and flag variances
• Develop automated reports to improve efficiency

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Excel proficiency: Advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), PivotTables, Power Query, financial modeling
• Financial systems: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Analytical skills: Ability to perform revenue/cost driver analysis, KPI tracking, and budget vs. actual variance analysis
