Position Overview
Carondelet High School (About us) is seeking a full-time Academic and Learning Support (ALS) Case Manager for the 2025–2026 school year. The ALS Case Manager is a central figure in the school’s student support ecosystem, ensuring that students with academic and learning needs receive the coordinated, compassionate, and effective support they deserve.
With a caseload of approximately 50–75 students, the ALS Case Manager provides individualized guidance, facilitates access to resources, advocates for appropriate accommodations, and collaborates with teachers, families, and other professionals. Student needs may range from light-touch academic coaching to complex intervention planning. The Case Manager is expected to adapt flexibly to each unique situation.
