About the role
The Aboriginal Family Support worker will provide a liaison and support service to children and their families attending Head to Health Kids (H2HK). The position is responsible for cultural brokerage, liaison, advocacy and support for clients ensuring the responsibility of coordination and facilitation of child and families for appointments and follow-ups.
