Task & Accountabilities

Training instructions: To design, develop and deliver the best training in order to operate in a safe efficient, and effective way the Company products and portfolio (e.g. transport, combat, unmanned, satellites).

• Flight Instructors in a training Centre Environment and/or a Real Operational Environment.
• Operator Instructor in a training Centre Environment and/or in a Real Operational Environment.
• Special equipment Instructors training Centre Environment and/or a Real Operational Environment.

For this position, the candidate should be able to develop and conduct training courses (both logistical and tactical) in front of the A400M customer pilots.

The training courses will cover both theoretical and practical, in front of A400M pilots. The theoretical part will be conducted in a classroom environment. The practical part will be covered using A400M flight simulators.
