- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to ensure accurate documentation.
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating workstation preparation.
- Manage recruitment postings across job platforms and assist with end-to-end hiring coordination.
- Administer employee benefits and insurance claims and liaise with insurers to resolve related matters.
- Coordinate meetings, company events, and employee engagement initiatives to support workplace culture.
- Oversee office facilities and ensure proper upkeep of equipment and general office amenities.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned by management.
Requirements - Minimum Diploma in any field
- Min 2 to 3 years of HR Experience
