            Job Details  Employment Type: 1-year contract, with potential renewal or conversion based on performance and headcount availability 
Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 
Location: Central 
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs 8.30am – 6pm / Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm 
 Responsibilities  Manage alumni communications and respond to alumni enquiries across multiple channels in a professional manner. 
Maintain and manage the alumni database/CRM to support outreach, engagement, and reporting activities. 
Develop alumni networks and plan, coordinate and execute local and overseas alumni engagement activities. 
Support digital alumni engagement through social media, corporate website updates, and alumni success story features. 
Monitor engagement outcomes, prepare reports, and benchmark alumni engagement practices to support continuous improvement.
