Job Purpose:
Plan, lead and direct the Organisation Development and Special Project function by formulating strategic short- and long-term plans encapsulating critical interventions and applications necessary to deliver outputs, managing key functional areas and establishing standards and performance measures to establish levels of efficiency, control, and aligning and/or developing policies and procedures accordingly and managing all aspects of Change Management and Business System Analysis.
