Job Responsibilities:
Role 1:
- Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service requests
Role 2:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Introduce products, services, and promotional campaigns
- Prepare simple reports and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Role 3:
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
Job Requirements:
- N level/Nitec/Diploma in any discipline.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
