The Role
Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across your market
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of vacancies
Manage the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy briefing to offer stage
Work closely with a supportive sales floor team and report into senior management
Use CRM systems, outbound sales activity, and candidate databases to drive results.
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, telesales, or a customer-focused environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence with outbound calls, business development, and account management
Organised and self-motivated with a proactive approach
