Develop, execute, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation for Payroll Process
To ensure the functional of system is accurate and relevant to payroll process
Involved in data conversion activities, functional and integration testing, and other system implementation steps
To assist team to manage and understand the job scopes of each specialists, creating back-ups among team and act as an internal trainer/ mentor to the team
To ensure staffs have the right skills to carry out their duty
Play a key role in preparing user documentation and training material
Perform training/ orientation for payroll function to ensure the fluency of monthly payroll process
60% payroll, 40% C&B
To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time
