What You'll Be Doing


+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

+ Collaborate with team members to optimize plant operations.

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

+ Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble

+ Lubricate bearings, change parts, or perform other routine crusher, screen and conveyor maintenance

+ Perform repair and maintenance involving inspection, disassembly, overhaul, assembly and adjustments of crushing and screening equipment

+ Start crushers, screens and conveyors to observe mechanical operation and detect problems

+ Maintain safe access of plant area from product spillage with shovels and hoses

+ Inspect or test failed machine parts, and mark defective areas or advise supervisors of repair needs

+ Grease bearings in crushing plant according to specified procedures
