They are now looking for an experienced 1st / 2nd line engineer to join their team based in Newhaven.

Resolving IT support issues with a pressurised environmentManaging work queues and prioritising IT support queriesEnsuring customers support issues are logged and recorded with sufficient detailTroubleshooting / network connectivity50% office based, 50% on-siteInstall, upgrade, support and troubleshoot IT HardwareWill need to be DBS checked Position Requirements
