We are partnering with our client, a Global Law Firm, as they look to recruit an experienced 2nd Line IT Deskside Support professional to join their expanding London team. This team provides onsite IT support to users and guests in their City of London office with a proactive customer care focus.
A leader in their sector, they are shortly moving to new larger offices where they have made huge investments in order to enhance the working environment. Technology plays a large part in this.
Their ideal is to engage someone who has Legal sector support experience that will be familiar with tools and technologies widely utilised within the sector.
