• Act as 3rd line support across core Infrastructure and End User Compute (EUC) services.
• Prioritise, manage and resolve incidents relating to servers, storage, end‑user services, desktop platforms and collaboration tools.
• Identify and manage problems by implementing workarounds and finding permanent root‑cause solutions.
