Evening Cleaner & Supervisor:

The purpose of this role is to manage and develop our team of 8 cleaners including overnight staff. The postholder will be responsible for creating and managing rotas, including holiday scheduling ensuring adequate cover 365 days per year. They will monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, support and additional training where required.

Working closely with the Deputy Faculty Superintendent, the successful applicant will help develop and maintain an agreed cleaning programme and security procedures.
