What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of a varied portfolio of complex and non‑complex clinical claims on behalf of Trusts, GPs and NHS England. You will drive investigations, assess liability and quantum, and negotiate with claimant representatives and stakeholders to bring cases to a timely and robust conclusion.
We are NHS Resolution, an arms length body operating under the Department of Health and Social Care. At our core we specialise in claims management, dispute resolution and knowledge sharing within the NHS. Our purpose is to provide expertise to the NHS to resolve concerns fairly, share learning for improvement and preserve resources for patient care.
