Teaching Position

1.0 FTE French Immersion Teacher, St. Mary School

In anticipation of the upcoming school year, The Northwest Catholic District School Board is inviting applications for a full time (1.0 FTE) French Immersion Teacher at St. Mary School commencing August 31, 2026.

The successful candidate will deliver French Immersion programming in a Catholic learning environment that supports academic excellence, faith formation and student well being. The role requires strong instructional practice, effective classroom management and a commitment to nurturing the spiritual, academic and social development of students.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Certificate of Registration with the Ontario College of Teachers (in good standing).
• French as a Second Language (FSL) Part 1.
• Religious Education Part 1 or a demonstrated commitment to obtain this qualification within two (2) years. ...
