The program lasts 1 to 2 years and includes hands‑on experience, world‑class training, and rotation across the organization to partner with Cat Dealers worldwide.

Start Date: August 1, 2026

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Work Format: Full time (40 hrs per week), onsite five days per week.
