Job Description

The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute is seeking a Junior researcher at the Childhood Liver Oncology group to conduct a proteomics-based study aimed at identifying diagnostic biomarkers and novel therapeutic targets. The candidate will process and analyze proteomic datasets, integrate results with clinical and molecular information, and support therapeutic target prioritization. They will be involved in data interpretation, and preparation of figures, reports, and the scientific manuscript. Experience in omics data analysis, cancer biology, and basic bioinformatics will be valued.

Main Responsibilities

• Processing and handling human biological samples from pediatric liver cancer patients and control tissues.
