This PT Graduate Assistant position assists the Communications and Digital Engagement team within the Alumni Engagement and Philanthropy department. The primary function of this role is to support the alumni engagement strategy through building brand consistent communications content such as social media (graphics, copy, video, etc.), and emails (design, copy, formatting, etc.) to involve the Seton Hall alumni community. This position is responsible for a multitude of daily activities including creating social media and email content, scheduling and managing a social calendar, designing marketing materials for events (, pamphlets/flyers), sending data requests, and tracking magazine files. Some fundraising duties will be required weekly, as well as evening and weekend opportunities.
